Daily Body Workout At Home For 25 Minutes 

For daily workout at home, we have to do a lot of exercises, Today we will do a 25 minute workout which will include both warm up and cool down. First we will warm up and after warm up we will do all the exercises for 50 seconds. that is why we will start with warm-up first. "Monthly Fitness Routine"

Warm-up:

Warming up makes it a little easier for our body to do any exercise and before starting the warm up, we should know that there are 4 moves in the warm up and all the moves have to be done for 40 seconds.

1. Squats:

Squats are a very good exercise which directly affects all the muscles of our body like glutes, quadriceps and hamstrings.

To perform the squat exercise, open your legs and place them shoulder-width apart, keep your head straight and chest forward, You can bend both your hands as per your convenience, then move your hip slightly back and go slowly for 3 seconds and come back to the same position within 3 seconds.

2. Butt Kicks:

To start the butt kicks exercise, spread both your legs 1 feet wide, then lift your right heel till your glutes and also bend your knee. Meanwhile, your left leg should be straight, then do the same thing with the left leg. It should take 0.5 seconds to bend, if you have more pain in your legs then you can also take 1 second. Do this Exercise till 20 Second. 

3. Jumping Jack: 

Jumping jack exercise is a great exercise, which increases the heart rate and improves heart health and keeps the muscles always active.
